Fall Festival and Braden's Birthday Party

This past Friday was the annual East Side Fall Festival.  The kids have been looking forward to it since last year.  Braden wore his Giants jersey, thanks Grandpa, because is was wear your favorite team day at school.
Braden and his fabulous teacher Mrs. Roberts.

This was B's favorite activity last year.  The martial arts guys come and they can fight them.  If they get hit with the sword they cannot use that body part any more.  Braden went out full force.

Both Braden's legs got hit, one of the guys legs was hit.
Braden will tell you he totally won this!
My sweet toothless girl!  Waiting to be bedazzled.
 Getting her hair done.

 Love it!
Braden wanted his birthday party at this play place.  When I asked him why he said because it has a zip line that everyone gets to ride once, the birthday boy gets to do it twice.  We figured it would be better to just buy one and have a party at our house.  A huge success!
Braden's buddy Austin.  He is in B's class and his sister is in C's class.

 There she goes!

Corn Maize

We have been busy every weekend working on the house so we finally got to a stopping point and decided to have some fun family time.  We took the kids to Cagle's Farm for their Corn Maize.  They loved it.
 Sassy thing!
 My sweet, toothless girl.

C trying to see if she can figure out the way by going up on the bridge.
 And they are off!
 Hey Mom, catch up!

As we were leaving we ran into Mrs. Bicking, Caitlin's first grade teacher.  I love her!  C goes to her room every morning and she does her hair for her.  She adores my children and they love her!  B won't admit it but he loves her too!

Apple Picking

I took the kids apple picking this year and met up with my sister and her family and my parents.  As always, the kids love it!  They love tasting the different types of apples and running around the orchards.

Getting ready to head out to the orchards.
 Braden and Sam!
 The girls!
C enjoying the trip out on the wagon.

After picking, getting ready to head back to Nana's and Poppy's.
