The Track and last day on the beach

Every time we go to Destin we go to The Track.  It has been fun to watch them be able to do more as they have grown.  This year they opened up a small track that they could drive the cars themselves.  Their competitiveness came out, they were trying to push each other off the track!  Not sure who they get that from!

 Poor B had the slow car, I think C lapped him 3 times!  But he had a great attitude!



The last day we were in Destin it was rainy, but we were able to get out for about 2 hours.  Braden had been wanting to dig a BIG hole, which was accomplished!

Destin is not known for their sea shells, they are hard to find.  But the kids realized quickly that they could find them down in their hole, so they had fun finding them!

When we were here 3 years ago we took pictures of the kids on this same fence.  I have them in my living room.  B's head was just over the top chain link, now look at him!  He is taller and weighs more than his big sister!

Daddy took the kids out Friday night so I could pack up.  My sweet kids!

Destin

The girls took a walk one night.  Caitlin pushed sweet Caroline almost the entire time.

 This was actually the day before we took the snorkeling trip.  The kids had their own snorkeling gear, thanks Nana for letting them borrow them, which they had practiced with before our trip.

This past week we went to Destin, Florida for a family vacation.  We went down with the Morelli's.  The kids has so much fun and the adults did too!  We took our kids on a snorkeling trip.  We took a boat out to two different places, the first for was a shallow place for them to practice.  There was a lot of crabs and basic fish.  The second was a beautiful area that was deep and had lots of tropical fish.  James bought an underwater camera that we used at the first stop, then unfortunately, the battery died.
